
Ellis R. Faught, III (“Trey”) is admitted to practice in the state courts of Florida and Georgia. His primary area of practice is civil litigation in state and federal courts. In that respect, Trey handles cases involving disputes between business partners and associates, contractual disputes between businesses and/or individuals, complex insurance coverage issues, the prosecution and defense of cargo claims, and many other types of disputes that are unique to the transportation industry. In addition to litigating cases, Trey also counsels clients regarding their obligations under applicable state and federal laws and regulations, and he assists clients in drafting agreements that are necessary for the functionality of their businesses.
Trey has obtained successful results for his clients against large corporations, insurance companies and other individuals and entities. He believes that achieving these successful results requires frequent attorney-client communication, aggressive attention to each case, a superior attention to detail, a thorough knowledge of the law and a passion for the client’s cause.
