James represents businesses and individuals in transportation, commercial, construction, real estate, financing, and estate-related matters, with a primary focus on the transportation and logistics industries. He advises motor carriers, trucking companies, freight brokers, logistics providers, and other transportation businesses in connection with commercial disputes, equipment purchases and leases, financing and factoring arrangements, insurance and regulatory matters, collections, and ownership disputes. His commercial practice also includes representing gas stations, fuel distributors, and other businesses in matters involving fuel supply agreements, branding, and dealer agreements, factoring and other financing arrangements, acquisitions, and related disputes. James also represents clients in commercial litigation, construction matters involving contracts, mechanics liens, commercial and residential real estate transactions, and estate planning matters.
