Jaymen represents companies as an outside general counsel, with a focus on the transportation, technology, manufacturing, private equity, healthcare and retail industries. On the transactional side, Jaymen exercises a strategic approach to problem solving for corporations related to corporate and human capital compliance, negotiation and drafting of B2B/2C agreements, specifically, licensing, partnership, and SaaS agreements, and M&A transactions. Jaymen has litigated cases in various jurisdictions throughout the country, in aspects of business and commercial law. Early in his career, Jaymen Chavda worked at the public defender’s office in the Atlanta Judicial Circuit, representing those charged with non-violent felonies.

Jaymen is on the board of several non-profit organizations and supports his local community by providing pro bono services to victims of violence. In his free time, Jaymen is an avid traveler, plays tennis and golf, and a technology enthusiast.
