Samantha is a dedicated advocate for clients across the transportation sector, helping carriers, brokers, shippers, and logistics providers navigate an ever-changing and increasingly complex regulatory landscape. Her practice includes both litigation and transactional work, with a focus on transportation contracts and contract disputes, cargo claims, regulatory compliance, risk analysis, insurance coverage issues, and fraud-related claims. She is deeply committed to guiding her clients through moments when unexpected crises threaten their operations, reputation, and revenue. She recognizes the significant toll these disruptions take and approaches every matter with urgency and steadfast support.
Samantha earned her J.D. from Marquette University Law School, where she was actively involved in the Pro Bono Society and served on the board of the Federalist Society. She is genuinely interested in all facets of transportation law and is continually working to expand her knowledge of the wide range of legal issues that impact the industry.
